Challenge
Karina has a successful numerology business and truly believes that the matrix of destiny can help people understand their soul's journey. Driven by a desire to share her knowledge with more people, she was preparing to launch a digital school of numerology. Karina wanted to level up her online presence to better support her business. To achieve this, she needed a beautiful and professional website, along with a strong identity that would attract more students to her school and bring in new clients.

Built a cohesive brand and website to visually translate the work she did, ensuring that every element — from the typography and color scheme to the layout and content — captured the essence of her expertise. The visual identity was crafted to reflect her values and expertise, while the website was designed to engage and inspire visitors, guiding them through her offerings with clarity.

Throughout the project, I took on multiple roles, handling both identity and UX/UI design responsibilities. My responsibilities included:

Visual Identity
Colour Palette: The colour palette is an elegant blend of passion, reflection, balance, and spirituality, perfectly representing the intersection of practical numerology and spiritual insight. This thoughtful combination provides both energy and tranquility, ideal for Karina’s personal brand as a numerologist, which emphasises holistic balance and spiritual insights.
Graphics: Soft pinks, creams, and neutral tones in the graphic elements create a serene, contemplative atmosphere. Gold, symbolising wealth and success, adds a powerful touch, evoking feelings of prosperity and achievement—key themes in the journey of personal growth and self-discovery within numerology.
Typography: I chose typography that balances elegance with readability, blending serif and italicised styles to convey sophistication and versatility. The fonts complement the colour palette, enhancing the overall brand identity, which has sense of sofistication and trustworthines.
User-Centered approach:
Clear Call-to-Actions: To ensure the buttons are easy to find and click, I kept the text simple and clear. I used contrasting colours to make them stand out and gave them enough size and padding for comfortable clicking. I also rounded the corners to create a more friendly, approachable feel.
Responsive Design: I ensured the website adapts seamlessly to various devices, delivering a consistent and user-friendly experience across all screen sizes.
Content Organization: The content is thoughtfully structured to provide quick access to essential information, making navigation intuitive and improving user engagement.
Information Hierarchy: I utilised a clear visual hierarchy, typography and spacing to naturally guide users' attention and highlight the most important information.
Visual experience:
Imagery: Carefully I selected images that align perfectly with the brand’s aesthetic, enhancing its overall visual appeal.
Animations: I created loader animations in Rive app. I added some subtle animations — like smooth transitions and hover interactions — to make the site more visually appealing and engaging to use.

The page is structured to guide users through a logical flow:
Introduction (Hero Section): Features a welcoming image of the numerologist and a bold headline that introduces the core service.
Navigation Section: Provides quick access to various sections, giving users an overview of what to expect.
Featured Course Section: Highlights the main course, inviting users to register with key details about its format and duration.
About the Matrix of Destiny: Explains the “Матриця долі” (Matrix of Destiny) with icons to visually visually break up the content.
About the Numerologist: Introduces the numerologist, building trust by showing her professionalism and authorship of the methodology.
Testimonials & Social Proof: Features client testimonials for credibility and an Instagram feed to encourage social media connections.
School page
The School of Karmic Numerology page aims to educate and inspire potential students to enroll in a course based on Karina Vinda's methodology. The page guides visitors through the course details, modules, pricing, and the benefits of joining.
Hero Section: A large image of Karina and an engaging headline capture attention and reinforce her credibility.
Course Program & Pricing: Interactive tabs break down complex information into digestible parts. It reduces cognitive load and allows users to explore the content at their own pace.
Pricing Tables: Clear pricing packages with comparative features help users easily choose options that fit their needs and budget.
Calculator page
The Matrix of Destiny Calculator page offers personalized insights based on birth dates, featuring two main functions:
Personal Calculator: Users enter their date of birth to generate their Matrix of Destiny, leading to a detailed results page.
Compatibility Calculator: Users can input their date of birth and their partner's to discover how their energies align, providing insights into their relationship dynamics.
Users can download their results as a PDF or try another date of birth.
Takeaways
Building Trust Through Openness
I had the chance to wear a lot of hats as a solo designer, handling both UX/UI and identity design. It was definitely challenging, but it really showed me how important it is to be transparent with the client. Getting clear communication going early on made a big difference in aligning expectations and understanding their vision. By being upfront about design choices, challenges, and limitations, I built a sense of trust. That openness made it easier for the client to give honest feedback, which helped refine the project in the right direction.
